This 144 unit luxury apartment project is located in Petaluma, CA wine country and just miles from San Francisco. The Artesian was our first project that was located in Northern California with logistics as a big factor. Our team installed 2" Faux Wood Blinds through out all unit windows and french doors with 3% roller shades at the community areas.
