A 49 unit luxury apartments completed in 2015 in Echo Park. The project includes 27 one bedroom/studio units and 22 two bedroom, two bath, two story townhouse units. Working closely with the owner and the team, 3% Roller Shades was used for the unit windows allowing light and privacy.
