5th & Sterling Student Housing

Newly completed in Spring 2020 is an off campus affordable student housing for the students at UC Davis. The 4 story new build consists of 198 units. Tilo manufactured and installed nearly 1000 custom made blinds through out unit windows. Meeting all time lines and schedules, we completed the out trade in 4 phases.
